How much should I budget for a custom concrete pool?+
Boutique builds can range from $65k to $250k+ depending on site access, slope, structural requirements and finishes (fully tiled, glass windows, heating, automation, etc.). With our estimates we give you the likely build price - what it will actually cost - not a low number designed to win the job.
What's the typical build timeline?+
Most builds run 8–16 weeks from excavation to first swim, depending on council approval speed and site complexity.
Can you build on a sloped or difficult block?+
Sloped engineering is our specialty. We frequently use suspended slabs, retaining walls and out-of-ground concrete structures to turn difficult terrain into the best feature on the property.
Do you handle council approvals, engineering and soil tests?+
Yes - all of it. Council DA/CDC, structural engineering, soil tests, geotechnical reports, plumbing approvals, pool fencing compliance and canal-lot flood-storage calculations. One contract, one team - you don't need to be a project manager, we handle it all.
